About Chris

I’m a senior learning, talent and organisational development leader with over 20 years’ experience working with complex organisations.

My background includes director-level roles in healthcare, engineering, construction and education, with work spanning leadership development, talent strategy, organisational design, coaching, performance and succession planning.

I design and deliver practical development that works in real organisations — not theory.

My approach is straightforward, commercially aware and grounded in experience. I focus on helping managers perform, teams improve and organisations build capability that actually makes a difference.
